Deadlines were set in Christian Circuit Court Wednesday afternoon in the murder cases against suspects Lashanda Person and Anatasja Hathaway.
Judge Andrew Self set a deadline for a motion to suppress evidence to be filed in this case by June 16 and they went ahead a set a suppression hearing for June 27, just in case one is needed after the motions have been filed.
Hathaway and Person are both charged with murder and first-degree robbery in the 2006 death of Roscoe Mayes at a home on Greenville Road.
