>>Bengals Projected Compensatory Picks

(Cincinnati, OH)  — The Bengals are looking at major draft pick compensation if key free agents leave this offseason.  Pro Football Focus released a list of free agent contract estimations across the league and Cincinnati could lose up to four players.  Jessie Bates, Germaine Pratt, Hayden Hurst and Vonn Bell are potential cap casualties as the team works on the Joe Burrow contract extension.  If the Bengals lost all four of those players, they would end up with an extra fourth, sixth, and two fifth-round picks in April’s draft.  Free agency begins on March 15th.

>>Damar Hamlin Will Play Football Again

(Orchard Park, NY)  — Football is still in the future for Damar Hamlin.  That’s according to Dr. Thom Mayer who joined SiriusXM’s Heart to Heart on Wednesday and said, “I guarantee you that Damar Hamlin will play professional football again.”  The NFL Players Association medical director is the first doctor to suggest the Bills safety would be able to suit up again.  The 24-year-old went into cardiac arrest on January 2nd after tackling Bengals receiver Tee Higgins during a game in Cincinnati.  He was discharged from the hospital a week later and was honored with the Alan Page community award by the NFLPA on Wednesday after raising over nine-million dollars for his charity.

>>Titans Hire Assistant GM

(Nashville, TN)  — The Titans are making a hire in the front office one day after hiring an offensive coordinator.  The team announced yesterday that Chad Brinker will be the new assistant general manager alongside Ran Carthon.  The former Packers personnel administrator has an incredibly diverse skill set and has been tapped for future GM openings according to Sports Illustrated’s Albert Breer.  He says the team will follow a Cleveland-like model where a football ops and scouting executive will lead departments and report directly to the GM.  The news comes after Tim Kelly was promoted to offensive coordinator on Tuesday.
