A woman was injured in a single vehicle accident Saturday morning on Cox Mill Road at Pyle Lane.
Hopkinsville police investigated and say 74-year old Joan Kennedy of Crofton had turned left from Pyle onto Cox Mill when she said she heard a loud noise and then lost control of her pickup.
The vehicle then ran into the ditch and overturned onto the driver’s side.
Kennedy was treated at the scene by EMS and said she would go to Jennie Stuart Medical Center by private vehicle for treatment of minor injuries.
