Murray State’s DJ Burns was named the Ohio Valley Conference Newcomer of the Week Monday. The Southern University transfer averaged 15.5 points and 10 rebounds in two wins over Campbellsville and Middle Tennessee last week. The Racers return to action Friday night at Memphis.
