Downtown trick-or-treating returns to Hopkinsville this month

Downtown trick-or-treating will return to Hopkinsville this month after last year’s event was turned into a drive-thru event by the pandemic.

Hopkinsville Parks and Recreation Superintendent Tab Brockman says it’ll be Friday, October 29 from 3:30 until 5:30 and they’re welcoming participation from businesses, agencies and churches from outside of the downtown area.

There will again be costume and theme contests for those handing out the candy.
