Week One wraps up tonight in Sin City as the Baltimore Ravens visit the Las Vegas Raiders. The Ravens are 9-and-3 in the all-time series with the Raiders including wins in the last two meetings.
The Washington Football team announced today quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick has been placed on injured reserve. An MRI revealed that Fitzpatrick has a right hip subluxation, but coach Ron Rivera said he’ll see more doctors to determine the severity of the injury and how long he’ll be sidelined. Fitzpatrick will have to be on IR for at least three weeks.
PGA Tour
Will Zalatoris was named today as the PGA Tour Rookie of the Year. Zalatoris-who will receive the Arnold Palmer Award-had eight top 10 finishes and made 21 cuts inf 25 starts. He finished runner up at the Masters. Zalatoris is the second Special Temporary Member to win PGA Tour Rookie of the Year honors, joining Charles Howell who did it in 2001.
