Hopkinsville police are investigating after two vehicles were stolen from a Beech Street location sometime between Tuesday and Wednesday. According to the police report, two unknown suspects stole a Volkswagen beetle valued at $2,000 and a Chevrolet van valued at approximately $500 and then sold them via deception to a local business.  The incident is being investigated as felony theft by unlawful taking and theft by deception. The Hopkinsville Police Department is investigating a burglary that occurred on Koffman Drive Wednesday afternoon. According to the Hopkinsville police report, a suspect unlawfully broke into a residence in the 100 block of Koffman a little after 12 p.m. Wednesday and stole a cell phone valued at $300. A suspect is redacted on the report and the incident is being investigated as second-degree burglary.
