CCHD reports county’s 97th COVID-19 related death

The Christian County Health Department reported the county’s 97th COVID-19 related death Tuesday, and the county once again climbed to over 200 active cases.

According to a news release, the victim was 65-year old Caucasian male who reportedly had underlying health conditions.  The 19 new cases put the total locally at 6,778—of that, 207 cases are considered active and 6,474 individuals have recovered from the virus.
