Arrest made in January shooting incident

An arrest has been made in connection with a January shooting incident in Hopkinsville.

A warrant for second-degree assault was served Saturday against 35-year old Michael McGregor of Hopkinsville.

It alleges that he was the man who used a handgun to shoot Maurice Catlett in the arm on the morning of January 24 at East First and McPherson Street.

Hopkinsville police arrested McGregor at a Kirkpatrick Street location and lodged him in the Christian County Jail.
