A rear-end collision Tuesday afternoon on Millbrooke Drive injured one of the drivers.
It happened about 4:30 p.m. and the report from Hopkinsville police says 41-year old Vernon Mathis of Lafayette was making a left turn from Mill Run Court onto Millbrooke and rear-ended a stopped vehicle on Millbrooke driven by 20-year old Catherine Rudolph of Hopkinsville.
Rudolph had been stopped and waiting to make a turn and Mathis told police he was unsuccessful in an attempt to avoid the collision.
Rudolph was taken by EMS to Jennie Stuart Medical Center for head and neck injuries.
