One injured in Greenville Road accident

One person was hurt in a rear-end collision Wednesday afternoon on Greenville Road.

The Christian County Sheriff’s Office collision report says Michael Smith of Hopkinsville was stopped waiting for a vehicle in front of him to turn when he was rear-ended by a northbound automobile operated by Lucille Sweeney of Lewisburg.

Smith was taken by EMS to Jennie Stuart Medical Center for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.
