Willson Contreras had four hits to tie a career high, rookie Nico Hoerner added three RBIs and Chicago overcame a nearly three-run deficit to top Sonny Gray and Cincinnati 8-5 on a long, wet night at Wrigley Field. The Reds open a weekend series at St. Louis this evening, while the Cubs open a series at Milwaukee.
