For the second consecutive day, a flash flood watch has been issued by the National Weather Service in Paducah for all of western Kentucky until midnight.
Most of the area will see one-to-three inches of rainfall, though higher amounts will be possible in locations that see multiple storms train over one area.
Motorists should be on the lookout for standing water in the usual places and remember—turn around, don’t drown.
