The City of Oak Grove has claimed some Kaleidoscope Awards from the Southeast Festivals and Events Association’s Kaleidoscope Awards conference.
According to a news release, Oak Grove brought home bronze awards in two categories— Butterfly Festival in the Category of Best Children’s Event and for the Spring into Summer Salutes Fort Campbell Festival’s in the Category of Best Creative Idea.
Oak Grove Tourism Executive Director Traci Cunningham says, “Our festivals continue to grow every year and they surpassed my original expectations long ago. I can’t express enough how proud I am of my team, my board and most importantly the Oak Grove Community who continue to support us and help make these festivals such a great success.”
This year there were 171 entries from 7 states and both Oak Grove and the City of Hopkinsville brought home awards.
