Ballard Co. man running for Congress

There will be a contested race for Kentucky’s First Congressional District after a Ballard County man put his name on the ballot Tuesday.

Democrat James Rhodes of Kevil filed at the Secretary of State’s Office.

Republican James Comer currently represents western Kentucky in the U.S. House and is seeking reelection.
