Crofton woman injured in Madisonville Road accident

A Crofton woman was injured in a single-vehicle accident Tuesday morning on Madisonville Road.

A collision report from the Christian County Sheriff’s Department says 84-year old Leida Seay of Crofton was southbound when her vehicle went onto the shoulder of the roadway. That caused her to travel into an embankment and then a ditch.

Her automobile flipped several times, coming to rest in a ditch on the passenger side.

Seay was treated at the scene by EMS and said her grandson would take her to Baptist Health Hospital in Madisonville.
