Defending 2nd region champion Madisonville is the pick to win again this year with Christian County second, Hopkinsville fourth and University Heights is ranked eighth.

Kenny White of Madisonville is ranked as the top player in the 2nd region with Alijah Watts of Hopkinsville sixth, KJ Crump of University Heights 7th, Don Victor of Hopkinsville 8th and Stephon Bussell of Christian County ranked ninth.
