Woman flown to Vandy following Parkway accident

A woman was flown to a Nashville hospital following a single-vehicle rollover accident Saturday afternoon on the Pennyrile Parkway.

Both southbound lanes were closed near the 14 mile-marker as the Christian County Sheriff’s Department investigated the incident.

Air Evac landed on the parkway and flew the victim to Vanderbilt University Medical Center for treatment of serious injuries.
