Two Christian County Jail inmates who walked away while on a work release program Thursday night at the Alhambra Theatre are back in custody.
That’s according to Kentucky State Police, which says 36-year old Kimberly Gilliland of Crofton and 54-year old Sheila Henry of Ohio County were taken back into custody Friday afternoon. They were reportedly located on Yoakum Circle by the Hopkinsville Police Department. Both Henry and Gilliland are now facing additional charges of second-degree escape.
As previously reported, KSP was notified of the escaped inmates about 8:30 p.m. and both were out on a work detail around 8 p.m. Thursday night at the Alhambra Theatre.
