30 indicted on drug trafficking charges in Christian Co.

A Christian County Grand Jury has indicted 30 people on drug trafficking charges following a six-month investigation in Christian County by the Pennyrile Narcotics Task Force.

According to a news release, all suspects have been charged with trafficking in methamphetamine, expect for one, and many of them are also charged with being a persistent felony offender. During the course of the investigation, undercover detectives and confidential informants reportedly purchased meth from multiple alleged drug dealers.

The suspects include 37-year old Jill Rager, 45-year old Misty Samples, 40-year old Christy Smith-Rojus, 23-year old Joseph Tyree, 30-year old Shea Vanier, 29-year old Joshua Fox, 20-year old Matthew Glass, 43-year old John Paul Hill, 36-year old Michael Keeling, 37-year old Arrone King, 40-year old Joy Mathis, 35-year old Tommy Powers, 51-year old Kirk Adcock, 33-year old Timothy Barry, 29-year old Nicole Cook, 38-year old Shanika Cooper, 53-year old Mark Corby, 38-year old Jason Cunningham, 29-year old Bradley Davis and 28-year old Zachary Epperheart.

Also indicted are 32-year old Timothy Buckner, 52-year old Clinton Chester, 38-year old Angelica Garcia, 39-year old James Maruca, 31-year old Joseph Matheney, 53-year old Charlotte Mimms, 39-year old David Phillips, 21-year old Hailey Pool, 37-year old Jeffrey Walton and 59-year old Jabir Abdul Albari, who was the only charged with trafficking in marijuana.

The Task Force was assisted by the Christian County Sheriff’s Department and the Hopkinsville Police Department.
