Auditor Mike Harmon files for reelection

Kentucky State Auditor Mike Harmon has filed his paperwork to seek a second term in that office.

Prior to being elected as auditor in 2015, Harmon represented Boyle and Casey counties in the state House for 13 years.

In a news release he says, “It has been a privilege serving as Auditor for the past three years and working every day to lead an office dedicated to making government more effective, efficient, and ethical.  There is always more work to be done, and I look forward to continuing our efforts to increase transparency and accountability at all levels of government.”

Harmon is currently unopposed.
