Christian County wrestlers second at weekend event

The Christian County wrestling team scored 267 team points to take 2nd at this weekend’s Tiger Classic at Cape Central High School in Cape Girardeau, MO. The Colonels were led by tournament champions Gage Fowler at 113, Jakerion Merritt at 132 and Niko Bussell at 220. The Colonels next wrestle this Friday and Saturday. Friday will be the Middle School Toyota of Hopkinsville-Christian County Invitational. Saturday will be the High School Toyota Of Hopkinsville-Christian County Invitational.
