The ownership of Kentucky Downs in Franklin has filed application with the Kentucky Horse Racing Commission to build a standardbred track to be known as Oak Grove Meadows. The $45 million facility will be built on 80 acres near Interstate 24 and US 41-A. Plans are to have the track ready to have races from October 11-November 10 of next year.
