Generator stolen off trailer

A theft investigation is underway after a generator was stolen in a parking lot on Fort Campbell Boulevard Saturday night.

Robert Young told Hopkinsville Police Sgt. Tony Sierra that his 10,000 watt Powermate generator had been sitting on a trailer when it was stolen by an unknown suspect in the parking lot of the Horseshoe.

The generator is valued at $700 on the report.
