Hoppers hold off Flash 15-10

The Hoptown Hoppers held off a charge from the Henderson Flash and won 15-10 last night at Colonel Field. Henderson took a 1-0 lead in the top of the 2nd inning before the Hoppers sent 17 men to the plate in the fourth inning and scored 12 times to take a 12-1 lead. However, the Flash would score nine times in their next three at bats before the Hoppers iced the game with two runs in the 7th inning. Cole Cummings had three hits with Aiden Elias and Max Remy each adding two. Brian Coffey got the pitching win to even his mark at 1-1 on the season.
