The remnants of Alberto have come and gone and now attention turns toward a slight risk for severe weather Thursday afternoon and evening.
The Storm Prediction Center has all of western Kentucky under the slight risk, with hail, damaging winds and heavy rain the primary threats.
Forecasters say any storms that do develop will likely arrive during the afternoon and evening hours so it shouldn’t wash out the 400 Mile Yard Sale along US 68 today.
Stay tuned to the WHOP Family of Stations and monitor our websites and social media outlets for the latest information and for any possible watches or warnings.
