An investigation on Bassett Street Sunday led to the arrest of a Hopkinsville man on methamphetamine charges.
Officers were attempting to locate another individual wanted on warrants and made contact with 28-year old Charles Rawson of Hopkinsville. An arrest citation says a computer check showed he was wanted on warrants and that Rawson dropped a glass pipe and baggie of meth.
Rawson was served with the warrants for missing a drug screen while out on bond and was charged with meth and drug paraphernalia possession.
