Former Blazer Glover earns SLIAC 1st Team honors

Former University Heights Academy cross country star Cole Glover was named to the St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference First Team after finishing second place in the conferenced championship over the weekend. Glover, who is a freshman at Eureka College, continued his standout season, finishing second overall with a personal record time of 26:53.50, the best individual finish in program history. Two University Heights Academy Lady Blazers’ soccer players have been named to the Kentucky High School Girls Soccer Coaches Association 2025 All-State Team. Senior Audrey Perry and junior Kendall Hancock both were named Honorable Mention for the West Region, which includes Regions 1-8. The Hopkinsville and Christian County Colonels cross country team ran their final meets in their respective schools’ history on Saturday at the Kentucky Horse Park in Lexington.
