Chester crowned Miss Todd County

The Todd County Chamber of Commerce hosted its 2nd Annual Miss Todd County pageant Saturday.

Lucy Chester was the winner and she was also named Miss Congeniality and Best Personality.

First runner-up was Chessany Artis and Natalie Shemwell was second runner-up.

2022 Miss Todd County Meredith Drummond was also on-hand and 2022 Mrs. Western Kentucky State Fair Vanessa Lynch was a guest judge.
