HPD investigating early morning robbery

Hopkinsville police are investigating an armed robbery from Sunday morning on Hayes Street.

Two suspecgts entered a woman’s home in the 900 block of Hayes about 6 a.m. while armed with a handgun and robbed the victim of her cell phone, according to the report.

The 30-year old female victim was not injured in the incident.
