The Bruce Convention Center is looking for the following positions:

Kitchen Assistant – $9.25/hour
Banquet Server – $5.15/hour + Gratuity

Experience Required

We are currently looking for “on call” help with potential for part time to full time work as COVID guidelines ease and we can bring in more business.

Kitchen Assistants will perform all cleaning, washing, and preparation duties required in kitchens. They will assist our Chef and Pastry Chef with all tasks necessary to ensure that kitchen operations run smoothly.

Banquet Server will serve at banquets/events, help with set/up and breakdown before and after each banquet/event, help Banquet Manager and Assistant Banquet Manager in whatever clean-up/ prep work is necessary.
