On day two of the NHL Draft, the Nashville Predators traded Nick Bonino and the 37th and 70th picks of the draft to the Minnesota Wild for Luke Kunin and the 101st pick in the draft. Bonino had 18 goals in 67 games for the Predators this past season while Kunin had 15 goals in 63 games for the Wild this season.
The Predators also selected Luke Evangelista with the 42nd pick in the NHL Draft today. Evangelista played the last two seasons for the London Knights of the Ontario Hockey League.
