Kentucky athletic director Mitch Barnhart announced plans Thursday for about 12-thousand fans to attend home football games at Kroger Field this season. That would be about 20 percent capacity. Face masks will be mandated and no tailgating. The Wildcats have five home games with the first October 3rd against Ole Miss.
