14-year-old injured in Clarksville crash expected to recover
The woman injured in a single-vehicle accident Tuesday on Lafayette Road has died from her injuries.
The Christian County Sheriff’s Department says 27-year old Jamarean Killebrew of Hokpinsville was southbound on Lafayette Road near Gracey-Herndon Road just before 6:30 a.m. Tuesday when he left the roadway for an unknown reason, struck an embankment and overturned at least twice.
A passenger, 22-year old Brianna Proctor of Hopkinsville, was ejected and later succumbed to her injuries after being flown to a Nashville hospital.
Killebrew was able to crawl out of the car and was flown to Vanderbilt University Medical Center for severe injuries.
