CCHD reports five additional confirmed cases of COVID-19

The Christian County Health Department is reporting five more confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Christian County, putting the total at 131.

That’s according to the Wednesday update, which puts the number of active cases at 25, and 103 people have recovered from the illness.  Breaking those down into age groups, there are four active cases in the pediatric age group, 19 in the young adult to middle age grouping, two in the older adult category and zero still in the elderly age group.

Christian County has seen three COVID-19 related deaths.
