Christian County Middle School is celebrating a new band director who will also serve as assistant band director at Christian County High School.
Andrea Gray will serve as band director after previously teaching General Music and Sixth Grade Band at Martin Luther King Jr. Elementary. She has also served as High Brass Instructor for the Colonel Marching Band since 2017. Gray is a Christian County graduate who holds a Bachelor’s Degree in music education from Western Kentucky University where she played in multiple ensembles.
According to a post on the Christian County Middle School Facebook page, Gray is excited to step into this new role and is looking forward to getting started and making music with students at both schools.
