The Bowling Green Daily News reports Western Kentucky quarterback Steven Duncan announced Monday he is entering the NCAA transfer portal. The Hilltoppers most experienced quarterback started the first three games of the 2019 season before an injury ended his season. The redshirt junior has two years of eligibility remaining after an injury against Louisville which caused him to miss the rest of the season and get a medical redshirt. Duncan was the front runner for the signal caller’s job for the 2020 season.
