Two people were shot dead at a home in Lyon County Monday afternoon.
Lyon County Sheriff Brent White contacted Kentucky State Police just before 6 p.m. to investigate a shooting incident at a home in Lyon County.
Police located two deceased people with gunshot wounds inside the home. Detectives collected evidence and processed the scene and the investigation continues, with autopsies scheduled on both individuals.
No other information on the incident has been released.
