Man facing charges for fake money

A man booked in the Christian County Jail on a warrant Monday had additional charges tacked on after fake money was found in his possession.

Jail staff discovered five counterfeit $100 bills in the wallet of 19-year old Jaylen Hoosier of Clarksville when he was booked for failure to appear in court, according to the arrest citation from the Christian County Sheriff’s Department.

Hoosier is charged with criminal possession of a forged instrument.
