Kentuckians dominated the leader board at the Genesis Open Sunday with Campbellsville native JB Holmes winning his fifth PGA Tour title with a final round 70 and finished at 14 under 270. He overcame a four-shot deficit against Louisville area native Justin Thomas to defeat him by a stroke. Si Woo Kim finished third.
Miguel Angel Jimenez won a one hole playoff against Olin Brown and Bernhard Langer to win the Chubb Classic on PGA Tour Champions Sunday. The trio finished at 13 under, with Jimenez parring the first playoff hole. Paducah’s Russ Cochran finished 75th at 10 over par.
