14-year-old injured in Clarksville crash expected to recover
A Clarksville man was injured in a rear-end collision on I-24 in Christian County Friday and the Christian County Sheriff’s Department is investigating.
According to the report from Sgt. Adam Vanderkolk, both vehicles involved were travelling westbound on I-24 when an ambulance with activated sirens and lights had traffic attempting to get over. A vehicle cut in front of the vehicle operated by 40-year old Nicole Stropes of Goodlettsville, Tennessee, causing her to brake hard.
The vehicle behind her, driven by 25-year old Justin Ahn of Clarksville was unable to avoid a collision and rear-ended Stropes. Ahn was transported to Blanchfield Army Community Hospital for multiple injuries.
No one in Stropes’ vehicle was injured.
