The Christian County Sheriff’s Department is investigating a disturbance with possible shots fired that occurred Thursday around 3 a.m.
According to the police report, deputies responded to a Windy Hill Drive residence where a victim told them that a suspect had struck her in the eye, causing a small cut and swelling around the eye. A second victim also allegedly tried to hit her, but did not make contact. The suspects got into a car and fled the scene, hitting the victim’s vehicle on the way and causing damages.
A suspect allegedly fired a gun towards the house. A search of the area did not reveal in shell casings nor was there any damage to the house. There was reportedly a Facebook post from a suspect bragging about the incident.
Currently, no arrests have been made and 8 suspects are redacted on the report.
