A motorcyclist was killed in an accident Thursday evening in Marshall County.
Kentucky State Police investigated the incident and say 54-year old Jack Clark of Benton was westbound on a motorcycle on KY 348 and rear-ended a vehicle operated by 39-year old Robin Caruso of Benton, who had stopped to turn onto Cone Road.
Clark’s motorcycle then crossed into the eastbound lane and was struck by an SUV driven by 43-year old Todd Whitis of Mayfield.
Clark was pronounced dead at the scene and KSP say he was not was not wearing a helmet.
