Two men were arrested in Montgomery County over the weekend on theft and vandalism charges.
The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Department alleges that 25-year old Christopher Oquinn and 34-year old James Cosgrove of Clarksville broke into a home that was still under construction on Freedom Drive late last week.
They poured paint on the floors and left faucets running, flooding the two-story home.
On Thursday of last week, the pair allegedly stole a car from a construction worker and drove away, but the construction crew was able to block them from leaving the subdivision.
A deputy was in the area and stopped and made the arrests.
Both men are charged with theft and additional charges are pending.
