Four Chicago residents are facing drug charges in Calloway County, following a traffic stop on Highway 641 last Friday.
According to a news release from the Calloway County Sheriff’s Department, a deputy clocked a vehicle driven by Larry Guerrero operating at 83 miles per hour in a 65 speed zone. A traffic stop was conducted and upon contact, there was allegedly a strong smell of marijuana coming from the vehicle.
A search of the vehicle reportedly revealed 1.5 grams of cocaine, 24 grams of marijuana, 4 doses of LSD, ecstasy, multiple items laced with THC and several items of drug paraphernalia.
Three passengers in the vehicle, Christian Argomaniz, Samanta Sokolovic, and Krystal Vazquez, were all cited for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
Guerrero was arrested and charged with possession of cocaine, possession of LSD, possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
