An investigation on Bark Ridge Circle early Sunday morning led to a Murray man being charged with trafficking in marijuana.
Hopkinsville Police were called to 1100 Bark Ridge about 12:30 a.m. for a potential trespasser and made contact with 21-year old Matthew Hull of Murray. The report says a strong odor of marijuana was coming from Hull’s person and vehicle and a search allegedly revealed a large bag of marijuana, several baggies containing marijuana residue and a marijuana cigarette.
Hull claimed all of the items and said the large bag contained about four ounces of marijuana.
He was cited into court for trafficking in marijuana.
