Hopkinsville police have charged a Hopkinsville man with criminal child abuse.
According to the arrest report, 59-year-old Christopher Warren Harris of Hopkinsville struck a child with a belt, leaving black and blue bruising across the child’s body.
He was arrested and charged with second-degree criminal abuse against a child under the age of 12.
