A Hopkinsville man was charged with burglary and sexual abuse Friday afternoon.
An arrest citation for 32-year old Dedrick Willingham of Hopkinsville alleges he entered the home of a woman on June 30, restrained her and made forced sexual contact.
He also performed sex acts on himself in the presence of two small children, according to the report.
Willingham is charged with three counts of sexual abuse in the first degree and second-degree burglary.
