Wednesday is Military and First Responders Day at the Western Kentucky State Fair.
Tony Meacham with the fair board says that means members of the military and first responders can get unlimited ride arm bands for $10 when they show an ID.
Gates open at 4, the livestock pavilion petting zoo opens at 5 and armbands are $20 for civilians.
A pedal pull competition will get underway at 6 in front of the convention center and trivia night will begin at 7 inside the facility.
Lawn tractor pulls will be featured in the grandstand and it begins at 7 p.m.
4,598 people went through the gates at the fair Tuesday, over double last year’s Tuesday attendance of 2,215.
