Second Region winner Lyon County’s run at the Boys Sweet 16 ended in the quarterfinals last night, falling 59-57 to Covington Catholic. The other evening game saw Warren Central defeat Murray 54-48. The morning session quarterfinal games saw Lincoln County top North Oldham 56-46 and George Rogers Clark defeated Pikeville 43-38.
Semifinal action at 10 am in Rupp Arena has Lincoln County meeting George Rogers Clark with Warren Central facing Covington Catholic in the second game.
